Technological sovereignty: The voice of the field

What role do European technologies play in the daily lives and strategies of French companies? Is the use of sovereign technology players seen today as a means of diversifying risk, a lever for innovation, a source of competitiveness...?

With Instinct Collectif, Cleyrop wanted to lead a collective and pragmatic reflection on the challenges of digital sovereignty and the measures needed to build it.

In the manifesto "Reconciling industrial performance and technological sovereignty", 14 French manufacturers and 12 CIOs/CDOs share their views on technological independence. Aware of the growing challenges in this area, the companies surveyed share their points of view, their points of reflection and their expectations of innovation to find the path to digital sovereignty. Among them, the call for support from European technology startups, which could, if they had the financial and economic means, rebalance the balance of power.
