What is the role of European technologies in the daily life and strategy of French companies? Is the use of sovereign technological players perceived today as risk diversification, an innovation lever, a source of competitiveness…?
With Instinct Collectif, Cleyrop wanted to engage in a collective and pragmatic reflection on the challenges of digital sovereignty and the necessary measures to build it.
Through the manifesto “Balancing industrial performance and technological sovereignty,” 14 French industrialists and 12 CIOs / CDOs share their vision of technological independence. Aware of the growing stakes on this issue, the interviewed companies share their perspectives, lines of thought, and innovation expectations to find the path to digital sovereignty. Among them, there is a call for support for European technology startups, which could, if they had the financial and economic means, rebalance the power dynamics.
